Log-in to your customer account, with email and password

Click on PERSONAL AREA / ACCOUNT, and then “CHANGE MY EMAIL”

 I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

To cancel your order, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received your product to exercise your right to cancel. Once this period has expired, the seller will not be under any obligation to accept your request.

After the request date, the customer has 10 calendar days to return the item, covering entirely the cost of the return shipping

The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in good and resalable conditions, otherwise It won’t be possible to accept your request

To correct process your claim, please:

Don’t throw away your item, before 30 days from the reception
Don’t make any repairs
To monitor the status

REFUND: HOW AND WHEN?
